Once you place an order and complete payment, NO REFUNDS will be issued under any circumstances.

1. Order Finality

All orders placed through AquaLifePure are final and non-refundable after payment has been received. Our products are custom-made based on your specific design requirements, making them unique and non-resalable.

2. Why No Refunds?

  • Each bottle is custom-manufactured to your exact specifications
  • Once production begins, materials cannot be reused for other customers
  • Custom designs are specific to your order and cannot be sold to others
  • Production costs are incurred immediately upon payment confirmation

3. Before You Order

We strongly recommend:

  • Double-check your order details before submitting
  • Confirm the design, colors, quantity, and delivery address
  • Review the final preview carefully

4. Defective Products

If you receive a product with manufacturing defects (printing errors, structural damage, etc.), please:

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery
  • Provide photographic evidence of the defect
  • We will arrange a replacement at no additional cost

Note: Minor color variations due to printing processes are not considered defects.

5. Delivery Issues

If your order is not delivered within the estimated 3-5 business days:

  • Contact us immediately with your order details
  • We will track your shipment with the courier
  • No refund will be issued, but we will work to resolve delivery issues

6. Payment Security

All payment information is processed securely. Once payment is received and confirmed, order production begins immediately. No payment reversals will be accepted after confirmation.

7. Cancellation

Orders can only be cancelled before production begins. Once production has started, no cancellation or refund is possible. Contact us immediately if you wish to attempt a cancellation.
