1. Order Placement & Acceptance
All orders placed through AquaLifePure are subject to our acceptance. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order.
2. Payment & Pricing
Prices are subject to change without notice. Payment must be received before production begins. All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR).
3. Refund Policy
NO REFUNDS AFTER ORDER PLACEMENT AND PAYMENT
Once you have placed an order and completed payment, no refunds will be issued. All orders are custom-made for your specifications. Therefore, we cannot accept returns or refunds after the order has been confirmed and payment received.
If there are manufacturing defects in the product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photographic evidence.
4. Delivery Timeline
Standard delivery time is 3-5 business days across Karnataka. Delivery dates are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services or external factors.
5. Design & Customization
Customers are responsible for ensuring that the design they provide does not infringe on any third-party rights, including copyrights, trademarks, or intellectual property. AquaLifePure is not responsible for any legal issues arising from customer-provided designs.
6. Quality Assurance
We maintain high quality standards for all products. Minor variations in colors may occur due to printing and material variations. We are not responsible for color variations that differ from digital displays.
7. Limitation of Liability
AquaLifePure shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our products or services.
